Ok so I have been thinking about getting a racing game this month as so I wanted to ask you all for opinions. So far the two that catch my eyes are Blur and Forza Motorsport. I like arcade racers like Mariokart and Burnout mostly but I played the demos of both and I am undecided! Thanks :)

An awesome idea for a racing game if for it to never use Kinect!
1/10 second lag = Disaster for racing games!!!
Infact Disaster for everything really! Sort it out RARE!

Split/Second is fun. It's like death race meets Mariokart.
Blur is like NFS meets Mariokart.
Forza is just amazing. A realistic racing sim.
One of my favorite racing games is Grid by Codemasters. This game is so much fun and cars driveike real cars.

Grid or Dirt 2, try the demos for them on XBL. Definitely my favorite racing games!

if you want to get quality without spending a big $$, i would pick PGR4, Project Gotham Racing 4. It is a good game, and has no lag with other fun modes. The game is cheap and i love it. Plus it works GREAT with a race wheel.

I agree up untill you mentioned the race wheel.
Now are you talking a generic wheel or the force feed back because the force feed back wheel is utter garbage with PGR4 as it doesnt fight with you or do what its meant to do, but other than that yeah its a great title!

Well i would only know how well it is with only my wheel, and i have some old Logitech wheel. But year its a great game with a nice selection of cars and downloads. PGR3 is also VERY good.

Ahhh i wouldn't suggest trying it with the force feed back wheel, Forza spoils that wheel! once you play Forza everything else is utter pants in comparison!
But seen as tho you don't have one i can say yeah it does work well with "A generic wheel" i have a Mad Catz wheel and it works great with titles such as PGR4.........As for PGR3, it was a great title for launch but i much prefer PGR4 for the simple reason the bikes bring a nice difference to the series.

well what is PGR3 now like $5, but true PGR4 is $8, PGR3 does have the nice career mode with different garages where you can place your cars on show, but PGR4 is newer. I would get both :D, lol
