Canadian launch plates

I have a "connection" who has two of the plates, numbered 61/158 and 148/158. He is looking for offers to determine their value. I know most of the people in here who are big collectors have them but sometimes they collect doubles for trading or selling later on.

Does anyone have any offers I can pass along? Thanks.
