Actually it looks like your typical shooter. From the videos there is nothing separating it from all the other shooters coming out.

At first I thought the same, but the second video shows you fighting some huge boss in the middle of a football field. That definitely seems like something a duke game would have and I would expect even crazier things (hopefully at least one stripper lol)

I would like to hear what duke is saying, cause part of the charm was hearing duke spout off one liners like "i'm an equal opportunity ass kicker" or "you're an inspiration for birth control " The humor will make or break this game for fans.

Anyway, this game has been in developement in one form or another for so long that its become an industry joke. For me, the most important thing for them to nail would be the humor. Otherwise it will end up as another mediocre shooter. My hopes are high that gearbox can pull it all together and deliver a great title.
