X Box Tray will not open (not 360)

Just got a X Box crystal but the tray will not open. I have tried the paper clip in the manual hole but no luck. I can hear it trying to open.
Can anyone help please. If not can you tell me how to open the case. I am familiar with the 360 as i have repaired a couple. So rather than force anything I hope someone will be able to tell me how to get into the box.

It's been awhile, but If I remember right you start with the front, and the case just comes off ( after you take the screws out ), I'm sure if you Google it you can get a better walk through than that.
