Halo Reach - any clan type team type thing going?

So I've started playing it, and I have to say I'm rather fond of the multiplayer this time around.

I'm decent, I think - I seem to be winning all the lone wolf games I enter - though, of course I'm being ranked against similarly inexperienced players.

Same, I'm not sure if anyone else is doing anything, but I play online pretty regularly, not the greatest but i'm decent.
