Dj Hero/2

I've been pondering picking up Dj Hero or Dj Hero 2 to have some fun with but wasn't sure if it would be worth my time/money to do so. :confused: I didn't play it when many of the stores had it on display to see what I thought so missed out on checking it out that way, but figured I would check here and see what those that have played think of it.

I figured if I did get Dj Hero and enjoyed it I can just pick up Dj Hero 2 as it uses the same turntables to be played. I know w/ 2 they added the ability to use a mic and I believe guitar to make it a bit diff then the first but could be wrong. Let me know and I appreciate the info,thanks :cheers:

DJ Hero offers a great music game experience. The game itself has won best soundtrack 2 years in a row now and offers plenty of dlc to keep it supported. The game isn't easy though, so if you're looking for a music game to pick up and play, then maybe something like rock band 3? I will admit though, DJ Hero 2 is incredibly fun and addicting lol.

I don't know about USA, but here in Italy if you buy DJhero 2 you'll get the original DJ hero in the bundle...

Ive also been considering picking it up. The only reason i havent is because i fear it may get old fast and ill just have to trade it in or something. I still want to get it though, because ive been looking for a new game, and i love music and guitar hero is boring these days.

I know what you mean warlikechunk, I myself enjoy music games too and used to do some Djing yrs ago and feel this might be some fun... not to mention getting a 2nd turntable and having battles w/ friends lol

Yea this is one thing that is fun. ive played it in best buy a few times with a friend. idk maybe ill get for my new years shenanigans :hump:

I do like music games. but dj hero got boring to me very quickly due to way better games so i dont think im gonna get it thats just my opinion maybe you are a bit different and like the idea of turntables..i thoughht the turntables were a good idea but that didnt turn out so good lol :rockout: but i do like playin guitar in dj hero:rockout:
