E305 rings of light faceplate question

First let me state that I did search prior to posting, I also wanted to PM SpaceGhost2k but didn't allow me.

The site has this E305 faceplate listed as a 5000, but now on eBay there was one x /500 (5 hundred) with a photo of the number. Is the only one i've heard of to be 500, is that legit or fake?

It is legit, and that's one of the harder ones to get. They released 500 numbered x/500, and then did a second batch numbered x/5000, so there are technically 5,500 faceplates out there if I understand the situation correctly. I own a couple that are numbered 1xx/5,000 so it's not like the first 500 were x/500 and then 501-5000 were numbered x/5,000.
