Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Xbox

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are planning a comeback with a $40 million-$60 million CGI feature film from Peter Laird's Mirage Studios -- which owns the Turtles rights -- and Digital Rim Entertainment, whose John Woo and Terence Chang will produce. Also planned are a new animated Saturday morning television series, a live-action miniseries to air on the Hallmark Channel and a series of next-generation video games.

According to the Dailynews, a Game Boy Advance Turtles game is expected to ship in fall 2002 alongside the TV series launch. PlayStation 2, Xbox and Gamecube Turtles games would launch in spring 2003 at the earliest. Multiple games are expected to ship based on the Turtles property. Depending on the game publisher with which Mirage signs, Rainbow Studios might develop one or more of the titles.

This game will be a welcome addition to my xbox collection when it comes out, i know that!

Yeah the movie is going to be based on the original comic series... No Kowabunga, No piza, & no DUDE (Thank God)!
The original turtles were a very dark bunch, set in a very
Tim Burton like city style. They actually looked like turtle/human hybrids, not like NINJA GODZOOKIE's.
I hope they dont change that for the game!

I remember the comic version. I liked the kiddie cartoon version better. But I was 7 years old. I like the comic book version though now. I still have a couple of them. That was back in the day where they weren't pizza eating surfing turtles. It was really hard to tell them apart too. Black and white can suck.

I don't know....the dark version is pretty cool. Have you ever gone back and watched an episode or too of the old show latley? Its pretty dang corny.

Hey cool comics guys and was that the firdt issue i saw cool stuff but the pics weren't to good looking they could have made them cannibals now that would be cool hannibal the cannibal turtle lol.
