Spy Hunter-stuck on Mission 1

Just rented Spy Hunter, doesn't seem bad actually. Rental has no included instructions.

Stuck going thru very first mission, phase just before last phase (50M jump). You are supposed to place 3 trackers on boats. Have no clue what to do here. Any help would be appreciated on what to do, what buttons to push, etc. Be specific and pretend I don't know what I am doing (which I don't).

I am sorry I can't help you because I have not even play or rented this game yet. It looks wicked from the cover and what people say about it but I have just not got around to this game. I will try to get an answer for you if I can.:) :)

Press b to shoot a gps tracker on the boats.

tap a acouple of times to do a turbo booste

L trigger cycles offensive weapons

R trigger shoots offensive weapons

white cycles deffensive weapons

black fires deffensive weapons

Y bring up reaview mirror

L analog steers olus clicking down will lock on target while using rockets
