Ok so I got through one championship, and let me tell you after the abysmal failures that were WRC 5 and Sebastien Loeb Rally, it is nice to have Codemasters do what they do best, and that's rally games! So I was wondering if anyone else but myself is getting this game, and if you are, would you be interested in running some ladder competitions, just for fun of course?

I have it, have not played all that much as of yet. I would be willing to play in a ladder competition, I only get to play games one or two days a week though due to my schedule

I was about to pick up this game just 15 minutes ago. Instead I went with quantum break. Hopefully I can dive into the game this week. Although I wouldn't mind picking this up if it's really that good.

I was hoping that this game was good. I've been in love with the WRC for about 2 decades hahaha and every rally game I hope is going to be good, but sadly very few are. hahaha I went so far with my love for rallying that I have my own WRX from back in '01 (the one with the bug eyes) and man how I love that car. I don't have this game yet but REALLY want it, so I'll for sure be up for some rally racing!!

For someone who hears:
Tight right, 30, over crest, careful dip, into long narrow, careful rocks inside, into wide left, 50...... and thinks WTF is this?? My heart breaks a little. hahahaha

This game kinda interests me. I have so much to play though, but yet I am strangely considering buying DiRT Rally. Damn you CJ *shakes fist*

I've ALWAYS wanted a co-op rally game. You drive, I navigate. You drive as per any rally game, but the co-op person would be just like in real life, sitting beside you, essentially staring at the paper, using the microphone to announce upcoming turns (this mode wouldn't allow any hud and would force them to rely on their partner. Make the tracks randomly generated so drivers simply can't memorize courses.

Boom, there's our first game.

Oh, and all you read was TM by me, of course.

I was watching a TWITCH stream last night of a guy playing this game (he was from Germany) and he was using a high end steering wheel. It looks like a pretty damn good rally game, with some great physics.

Man, why do I have want more games dammit.

Damn you CJ, now I have this game in my head to buy. *shakes fist AGAIN*

Playing online is discouraging because you have a lot of fanatics playing these games literally all day 24/7. I can't compete with that lol. Racing games require quite a bit of finesse to master.

So I have to say that this is probably one of the best rally games I have played in a long time. It seems that Codemaster's have gone back to their Collin McRae Racing roots, and that is a good thing! As Rexbitz said, this game requires a lot of finesse to master, as the physics are quite realistic!!

I continue to watch Twitch streams of this game, and the more I watch the more I want. That being said, it looks like a game that is going to require some time investment too, to master it and get good at it. Plus, I won't lie, paying 79.99 plus tax is a kick in the "man junk" to say the least.
