Was there a long line at EB?

I preordered my xbox bundle today 4th in line. I was just wandering was there a lot people at eb today there was like 8 at mine and they have 60 xboxs on launch date and I talked to the guy and he said project gotham is a launch title.

i stay in texas and the line was pretty long here EB only had 47 xboxes coming in and it was about 60 people i was like the fithtenth person to pre order plus alot of people was pissed because soft ware ect took pre orders early with out permission from xbox and EB told on them so they are not getting any xboxes for that stor and people are mad but n-e-ways the 3 games an accesary i picked were halo,nfl fever and odd world an my accesary was another controller because already have a dvd player and u dont really need a memeroy card

I got to EB when it opened and there were about 15 people there. Others came stragglin in, but it was cool. I got the controller, Mad Dash, Madden 2002, and Fusion Frenzy, but I'm planning on trading FF for another game or credit. We went ahead and reserved the Advanced AV pack and the DVD stuff so that we could run it through our surround sound receiver.

i got to eb late because i dont drive but i was able to pr order and i got project gotham, halo, and doa3 and a controller
i am just going to buy the dvd remote seperately and save 5$
i also got a 2 yr ext warranty for 50$ anyone think this was a good idea?

no, their warrantys are bunk, they screw you over on those sooooooooooo bad

Heck yeah the warranty sucks!! Not only is it not worth it, but you don't even get a new Xbox if it breaks, you only get it repaired and most of the time, you end up getting it back even worse than before. If they bring it back working, it comes back all scratched up and it has residue of stickers and labels.

Don't buy the warranty!!! If it breaks, just buy a new one, put the old one in the box and refund it!!!



Oh, and about the people in line at eb here when I went to the mall, there was a bunch of people, it was crowded.

My Eb is in a really big mall and they still didnt sell out
i went there on the 1st @ like 9pm and i wasnt planning to preoreder till i walked in just to look @ the new psx2 games and i preordered my xbox he said i was the 8th person and ii am guaranteed to get one!! so i quickly went home and canceled my gamestop.com preorder

are your EB's sold out?? mine isnt

Are EB huge in US? In Aus. they are just an average store.
