Madden NFL 10 tournament at over 2,000 Gamestop stores. It looks liek the store level winner will get a faceplate wince there are 2,500 of them as prizes:

This is the only one known of so far. There is a chance that there may be a one of a kind plate offered for the winner, which looks like what happened last year. I haven't heard if there is a collectors edition being released.
Note: There were three NCAA Football 10 plates released this year - the standard, the mascots and the helmets. I've only seen one of the standards go through eBay. It went as a buy it now and sold almost immediately after it was posted.
