How do u beat the boss with the crossbow. :(
You'll find that there are two health packs (one in each room). They will constantly regenerate after you get both of them. Once you run out of weapons, a nice shotgun and M60 appear to help you take him out. As long as you keep replenishing your health, you should be fine. It took me 3-4 times after I realized the health packs replenish themselves.
I also liked using the thugs on the upper levels as shields to his bow while peppering him with all my available ammo from above.
remember to use slo mo too.
