No one knows for sure yet. Expect the anouncement to come at E3 in May.
But so far rumors are: (some more fact now than rumors)
It will be a subscription service.
Price ranges from $5-$20 a month.
No computer connection involved, unlike Gamespy etc.
Must have broadband with an RJ-45 connection. DSL, Cable etc.
That is about it for now.
Of course there will be the Xbox communicator and possible links up to cell phones for stats and chat.
