how do i make it so that everytime i post a reply or make a thread xbox addict sends me an email when someone else write in the same thread as me ? is there any way to make it so it doesn't do this ?

Yes you can disable it by default.
Click on http://www.xboxaddict.com/forums/images/top_profile.gif at the top of this page.
Go to "Edit Options"
Then for "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" select No. Check the rest of the settings and save.
