Must Read: "Playstation 2 has left the building"

Not many of you might know what Cebit is, but its this electronics expo in Europe. There are certain rules that companies must follow. One being... No letting people play on consoles.

Playstation got kicked out of the expo for breaking that rule.

"Sony approached Microsoft to find a compromise and entered into protracted discussions with the Messe for a deal acceptable for all parties, but none could be found. On Sunday morning Sony started packing up its 27 PS2s. The show, in Hannover, Germany, officially finishes on Wednesday. "

What the hell kind of rule is that in the first place? No hands on console playing? WTF? No wonder few people outside of the industry actually have heard of Cebit.

So I take it that Cebit is the most boring expo there is then right?

I'll stick with Comdex and E3, or PC Expo in NYC.

yeah... comdex and e3 are prolly the most popular. Cebit is actually pretty popular in europe.
