xbox = loss of work

How many people here have taken vacation time to stay home and play xbox, I have only done it once, and it was the release of the xbox. I fully plan to take a day off for fable and also halo2 as well. What about you guys?

I'll probably take a day off on a weekend to play halo 2 all day. But I think it happened a couple of times to me, when I got Live, and played Unreal Tournement for a long time.

Im skippin school for Halo 2 for sure.

I'll deffinelty be missing school for the Halo 2 Release, not for Fable or any other game though. I find that if everytime a new game comes out I stay off school, it becomes a real habbit that I can't break.

I wont take off of work, but i definately plan on taking a day off of school when Halo 2 comes out. All of my classes in the fall are stupid lit and social science classes anyway.

I don't just do it for XBox, I get 2 days off during the work week, plus 2 on the weekend, so what if I make it go with days that games are released? :D

Halo 2/Nov 9th will be the worlds largest sick day.

i think thats def true, i have a feeling that there will be a lot of people missing out on obligations that week. I know for sure that I will be playing nonstop for a couple days straight

LoL, true. If that many really do stay home on the 9th they might think about making Halo 3's release a national holiday ;)

fisrt of all I just bought xbox cuz of the greatest game on earth.. HALO, I was playing it 24/7 during a week, now with live, I have spent alot of hours that I cant believe it.. I have like 150 hours at reainbow six and somethin like 250 or more in pgr2, my last math i did it said i have spent like a month with 3 days or so. So I guess I will start a hibernation stage when HALO 2 arrives..
