Leader of the Theives (Where in Vivec?)

I have to kill the leader of the theives guild. He is in some bookstore in Vivec. I hate vivec, I hate walking around it, i hate it!

So can someone please tell me where i can find this clown so i can kill him and become the leader of the fighters guild.

Okay. Go do the Foreign Quarter. Then go to the Lower Wasteworks. Go to the Canalworks. There will be two Canalworks, one that has two shops, one that doesn't. Find the one with two shops. One shop is a healer, the other is a Bookstore. Go in the Bookstore. In the very back of the room, there will be a door. Pick the lock on it, and you'll find Gentleman Jim Stacy.
