You can usually buy them at a music/dvd store. I.e. Sam Goody, Coconuts, Strawberries, Music 4 Less, etc.
Or, I've noticed that those annoying free AOL discs have been coming in those cases. Thats a free one, but you'll have to spend some time getting the stickers off.
As for getting green ones, I have no idea.
I meant a Green case. Hopefully an actual xbox one.

where did you find a link for that ,thats cool though ,i should pick some up for my demo disc,but the only thing thatsuck is i subscribe to oxm an you dont get the dvd cover like the one on newstands
