Ed Fries should be replaced with Steve Baulmer.

I've had enough of Ed Fries. He doesn't do his job very well; he just ticks people off. Steve Baulmer, in my opinion, is the second most influential man at MS. I think he's the man that got MS to where it is today right next to Bill Gates of course. Does anyone else agree with me that he should replace Ed?

Steve Balmer has wayyyyy to much going on to take such a position.

Besides, what exactly has Ed done wrong? The only thing that I have a problem with is lack of marketing, and i'm not even sure that is something that he controls.

I'm sure Steve alredy has some influence on every major XBOX decision.
