You mean in the sewage? I tried for an hour yesterday to get up there and I did. First I would suggest to beat all the street challenges there. Then a graffiti soul should appear at the top. Now you wall ride up to the 2nd platform. Now you have to wallride from the right to the left counter clockwise. This should make it easier. I was getting so frustrated at that part. Then I went the opposite way and it was easy. If you want to get poison Jam and some graffiti options then I would suggest getting to the top. Right now I have alot of secret characters. I have Pots (the dog), Gouji, Zero Beat, Nt-3000(fake yoyo), doom riders, and poison Jam.
