It won't do dual screen like a PC can, with a stretched image or desktop, but you can split the signal and run the same picture to multiple displays.
If you need a splitter for Component...you'll find it's cheaper to just buy the VGA xbox adapter instead. Unless of course your display devices only take component...there are splitters out there for it, but they're rare, and thus expensive.
