marks on my games

i dont know why but my xbox scraches and makes these marks on my games.
it didnt before but its kinda bulls*** when i buy a new game and i pull it out and its all scrached up. whats wrong with it?
my xbox is a year old and has been played for more than 6 hours a day, and its been acting wiered lately, takeing a long time to load, saveing take a while, had the service screen 2 times this last month. is it going to die on me with halo 2 just around the corner?

The service screen is something you wanna be scared of, scratches... eh. My old one did it, and my new one does it, nothing to worry about, it's never gonna scratch your games to the point of not working. But make note of the ## at the top of the screen and give 1-800-4my-Xbox a call when you get the service screen again.

As for the service screen, bad news man :(

well i have this stupid gamecube laying on the floor ill just turn it in and a few of the games than ill get a new one.
