How exactly are you supposed to unlock the character's new suits? I've gotten two people's new suits already.. but I don't know what I did. What do you have to do to get new suits.. anybody know?

How exactly are you supposed to unlock the character's new suits? I've gotten two people's new suits already.. but I don't know what I did. What do you have to do to get new suits.. anybody know?

To unlock the first six characters secondary costumes, you just have to beat them as bosses using the same character. In other words, use Xiu Tan to beat Drunken *******s, Ninja to beat Ugly Princess, Master Shoyu to beat Living Fog, Chop to beat Gigantic Crack, Monkey to beat Enter the Dino, and Lucy to beat Revengeance Day.
As for the last three unlockable characters . . . well, I haven't figured out how to unlock their extra costumes yet. I'm figuring it has something to do with their Miniseries, but that's just a guess.
