Teamxbox is pretty good! They have a lot of screen and video!!

No, but if you are learning to use Photoshop, you should go there. That's where I've learned Photoshop, they have great tutorials.
PS- Stealing a sig wouldn't work, it's got their username on them, and, to alter them, it would look suspcious.
