It's still at the BETA stages here in the UK too, but you can win prizes only on Fridays and Saturdays between 730PM and 930PM.
Hopefully it will get released soon and would be nice if it will be FREE!!!
No final date as of yet that I know, but there are a few days where you can actually win prizes which is cool
