I wondering if there is any person or creature in Morrowind that barters and has more money than Creeper (Ghorak Manor in Caldera). I'm sort of new in Morrowind, so I don't know yet. I'm looking for an easily accessable and rich trader, pawnbroker, or what ever that has more than 5000.
The Talking Mudcrab Merchant has 10,000 Gold. I can't describe where he is, there's another thread that tells exactly where, just search for it.

P.S. In Vos near Tel Vos, There a mage that can train your Restoration to 100.

the mudcrab is northeast of bal fell and its on a small island by himself, his name is mudcrab and he's drunk, funny how he talks:D
