Well I found out the way to the centre of the Puzzle Canal at Vivec the only problem is that I don´t understand what to do, What does "Breathe the waters of his glory, and the way is made clear"?

Well I found out the way to the centre of the Puzzle Canal at Vivec the only problem is that I don´t understand what to do, What does "Breathe the waters of his glory, and the way is made clear"?
Jump into the water and stay under until you run out of breath. Don't worry, I think you get a new breath meter once it runs down. You might also have to lose all your health. Can't quite remember. Save first. Once you've done this, you'll recieve some sort of message. Go back up to the platform and there should be a bridge.
I tried that too but until my air went, cuase I got freaked out when (I saw was I) I saw I was dying.
You have to stay under until your health drops to zero, it took me a loooooooooooong time to figure that out. It also took a long time for me to die b/c i had like 450 health when I did it.
