Why don't sellers like Moon Sugar?

I don't know if this was posted before anywhere, but this has been making me wonder: why don't most sellers around the game like Moon Sugar? Every time I have it in my inventory, they are like "I need you to get rid of that Moon Sugar, I don't want any trouble." Anyone know why?

Because it's Morrowind's drug.
