i checked that this hadn't already been posted and it doesn't seem to have....but any way in the newest issue of the oxm uk theres an article that says this

although an official announcement has yet to be made, a source close to sega told us that an xbox version of segas legendary beat-um-up virtua fighter is in development.
virtua fighter 4 was origionally announced as being exclusive to PS2. let them have it we say because the xbox version won't be a port of that game , but rather an all new virtua fighter 4.1.
packed with extra levels and new features, it includes 2 new characters (lei fei and vanessa lewis) joining the 11 veterans from preveous vf games

these new characters r in the ps2 version arn't they??? any way coming from the official mag this is pretty promising....
