Something weird!

Last night, I was playing Halo online. I was wasting this guy (but that is besides the point). The guys in-game Halo name was "poohter". So when I killed him it would say, "xtopia killed poohter" and similiarly when he killed me it would say "You were killed by poohter" Normal right???
But one time he killed me and it said, "xtopia was killed by the 'the gaurdians'". And yes, I am sure his name was not "the garduians" So what do you guys think? Has this ever happened to you?

This happened before and was posted a month ago i think. And someone posted about it yesterday. I havent ran into it yet.

Ya i know...but you know how it is when 10-20 threads sprout up all saying the same thing...it can be annoying.

i don't think its that big of a deal if there are reposts in here. Its a big deal in the main forums because there are so many of them that it pushes good threads off the screen.

Hmm...actually when I was killed by him and it said "You were killed by the Gaurdians"

Seems kinda strange, i've heard of this hapening before but never to me or any of my friends. I Wonder if Bungie is aware of this.
