I have ID 2002 and i have played 2K2 on the dreamcast. 2K2 has way more options like street ball and just way more things you can change. In ID 2002, alot of shots get blocked, especially when little guys go up for dunks. Overall i like both of them, but im waiting for NBA 2K3 that hopefully comes out this summer.

No way dude, get 2k2. I can play that game for hours and it doesnt get old. The graphics arent as good as ID, but the camera angles (in my opinion) are better. The best part though, is there is an awesome steal system where ur guy can actually intercept passes and start a fast break. There is an intricate play calling system that makes it more strategic. If ur in it for graphics, go 4 ID, but if ur in it for the game, buy 2K2.
