If I throw a grenade in the hole in the wall in Part I Chapter II a new objective is added called "I had declared a war on rats". I've read elsewhere that you can find armed rats after this but I can't seem to find them.

Its not what you can do for your xbox, its what your xbox can do for you!
There is one room where the floor is filled with rats (im not sure where it is, it might be the one after the hole) but when you shoot some of the rats, all the rats will now have guns, which is pretty funny.
