which sites accepts ineternational orders for XBOX

I'm placed in Middle east and need to Buy a bulk of XBOX consoles and its accessories.

Can anybody help me out in assisting me to the websites which accepts international orders ? i want to buy the all the USA XBOX games released uptil now and all its accessories plus the awesome console itself on the retail price which is offered in the USA.

yes here in middle east we have all NTSC and PAL tv available, besides which NTSC ver is required to run USA XBOX ?
