Any Game Industry people out there?

Alot of people at E3 said they knew about xba, so is there anyone out there reading right now that works for a game company (PC, GC, PS or Xbox related) or anything in that field, and what company is it. If you don't want to say what company thats fine too , just what you do would be cool.
