Medium Armor Master is MISSING!

I went to Tel Fyr yesterday to buy out my medium armor skill. Well the Prohpecies guide says that theres a drunk on the docks that is the medium armor master...well needless to say there is NOBODY on the docks at all. I looked around the entire island and all the islands around it...not a single soul in sight. I was standing right where the book says he is and I was the only person anywhere around. Where is that little piece of shyt at?

Do you think earlier in the game you might have possibly killed him?

Nope, I know I didnt. I was only at Tle Fyr once before and if I remember correctly, he wasnt there either back then. I didnt kill anyone at all in Tel Fyr.


The Silt Strider dude in Ald-ruhn in my game is not on his port, he's below it...maybe the medium armor master drowned or something?

Seriously? That's strange. In Ald-Ruhn on my game, he's where he's supposed to be...up on that platform.

That would be funny if he drowned. But can they drown? I've had a couple of guards follow me underwater for quite some time. I dunno.

in my friends game on the PC, he has 2 guards and a barbarian lady in the river in Balmora...

i was escorting a slave once and it drowned.... stupid slave... couldnt find his way out and I just watched it and then it floated to the top... oh well

i was taking that naked guy wherever and meet with the lady who gave you the blinding boot things and so i took her because it was closer and the naked guy drowned and a guy underwater who had like flippers or something attacked him
