What is your favorite weapon in Morrorwind. I like all the Magical long swords.

i like me sword of white woe... just a couple hits and then standing there will kill most npc's and its a long sword so you dont have to get THAT close to the other person

Umbra. I want to enchant it but its already enchanted so i cant. Ive had Umbra since lvl 14 now and i think its awesome.

magebane...a big ass 50k-ish glass enchanted two-handed longsword found in the urshilaku burial ground....i love it, and its magic is resist magic 40-60% or something like that...

yeah its great....but now i want an ebony longsword....anyone know where to get them?

Glass Longsword...one in Ghostgate I believe.

ebony is probably heavier... but I dont know which is better since I havent done it yet...

I think it pretty much is the same as the two different armors. Glass is lighter, much lighter, and Ebony is heavier. I prefer Glass stuff, I have whole suit of Glass Armor, and use Glass Weapons. You should look what type of character you have to see which suits you best I think.

Up until recently, I've been using a Dwemer Jinxsword. Nice damage ratio, though the Paralysis effect seems to only last for about three seconds before its all used up (I mean it uses alot of charges). However, I upgraded to an Umbra this week. Now, my Longsword capabilities were only at like thirty when I did this so I've been spending alot of time trying to raise my Longsword skill. Fortunately, I found a constant effect belt today that raises the skill level five points. However, I am looking for Daedric or Ebony swort shords as a back up.

Actually, I have three Daedric weapons at the moment: an axe, a claymore, and a longsword. But I don't use them. Why? Well, firstly because their starting damage is 1 and I like fast strike. But mostly because they weigh a friggin' TON! That single-handed longsword weighs exactly the same as my two handed Umbra! It becomes a choice between treasure and a marginally better weapon.
Freakin' Daedra need to cut back on the twinkies.
