Default Heres my situation, Can you Help?

Yes, this is just like my post in the XBL section.
ok, the router is in my dads room across the house, it has his computer, my computer and my sisters computer hooked up to it.
my computer is in my room with the xbox, and the router is in my dads room with his computer, we snaked a wire through the attic to my computer, and we dont want to do that again to get the xbox online, so what do i have to do?

Yeah, going wireless is your only option if you don't want to run cable.

What about purchasing a hub for your attic room, Plug the the lan cable from the router into it and connect the PC and XBOX to the Hub?

That would be easier than running a new CAT5 and cheaper than going wireless.

Or, you could get LIVE! and just connect the Lan cable from the PC to the Xbox when you are ready to Game.

    Just my 2 cents

you could get a hub or another router and stick it in your room and then hook your computer directly to the hub as well as your xbox... then hook the original wire into your hub or router, or switch, doesn't matter.

Or you could possibly get another nic and use your PC as a gateway for your xbox (not ICS).... theres several options, you just have to research which one would be best for you....
