The Ghost of Gateway Inn
Im figuring this is a small unrewarding side quest but anyway running around yesterday I recieved a quest from a man at the Gateway Inn in Sydeth Mora (I know thats spelled wrong). The problem with the ghost is you kill it and it keeps coming back. The only solution I could think of was to soultrap it but it still came back. Anyone been able to figure this out?

Anyhoo, the only progress I made on this quest was someone telling me that I should pay a visit to a conjuration expert (I'm thinking House telvanni) because thats definitely who's behind the whole shenanigan.

Go to the Telvanni Council Hall. You'll find somebody there who will give you some suspects.
