Restore Strength Spell

Does anyone know where I can get one? I have a few other restore attribute spells, but I really need this one. There is nothing more irritating than when someone hits me with a reduce strength spell/weapon and I'm carrying a load of loot and can't move. I've been able to make some potions that do it, but I'd rather have the spell instead of weighing myself down with potions.

im in the same boat as you. I just run through the town naked and get me some restore strength potions...

I have it. Im not 100% sure where I got it, but I wish I was because I need to go back there and get Restore Personality...I think I found it at the Ghostgate Shrine place...

Finally found it at the Healer in Sadrith Mora. He had a few other restore attributes as well. Not sure if personality was one or not tho.

The guy with a green robe upstairs in the Ald-ruhn temple sells restore spells.
