I would have to say Crassius Curio. I want to kill him so bad....but I can't. I also can't stand Sjordling Hard Heart or whoever from the Fighter's Guild. But I don't need to worry about him anymore, he's dead. Another NPC who is annoying is Fargoth...it's funny when you give him his ring and then steal it back lol.
