Can someone please help me the vampiric ring? I heard it could absorb about 95% if your opponents health. I really need this item.

I have it, it is worth 32k. It absorbs fatigue and health 20-30 points on touch for 10 seconds. I found it in Ald Redaynia which is north of Urshilaku. Also there is a "bittersweet cup" which is worth 100k. The catch for it is that if you drink from it it increases your best attibute by 20 but lowers your weakest attribute by 20, but if you take it you can never drink from it again.

It's called the Bitter Cup. You will need it for the 4th to last quest in the Thief's Guild, so don't drink it if you plan to join or are already in the Thief's Guild.
