Default NCAA Football 2003 or NCAA College Football 2k3

What are you guys thinking of buying.

    I am leaning towards 2k3.

Get NCAA 2003 i just got it and its great.

But i would buy NFL2k3 for your NFL game.

Have a nice variety, i think NCAA by EA is much better then MADDEN but when it comes to NFL games SEGA is on top with 2k3

I got NCAA 2003, from my mother, for my birthday. I think it will be much better than 2K3 except for one thing...no online play.

One thing, I did read that there was slowdown, although in rare times. Have you experienced this yet? Beucase any form of slowdown turns me away from the product.

I have been playing since 4 today still playing now and i have not had 1 slowdown at all, not even a glitch yet.

Been running real smooth, 1 thing i will say is that the graphics on NCAA 2k3 are a lot better but i like to have a diffrent NCAA game because my NFL game will be NFL2k3

There a little better then madden but its the same type of style and animation with some improvements.

Remember the game is made by EA !! So its very similar but does look a little better for 2003, overall the game is very well made and fun to play with a lot of customizing options, I love the FULL FOG effect.

I'm boycotting EA so I'll wait for NCAA 2k3.

Sega's game got pushed back to August 14th which I think was a mistake. By then FEVER and Madden will be out and NFL2k3 will be on the shelf in 7 days. Sega may have shot their college game in the foot SALES wise

can anyone compare the two games from 2002?

I am fairly new to the idea of college football games. Last year, I saw EA's, and thought, "oh great, it's madden with college teams....big whoop".

I am sorta anti-EA at this point, and would like to be able to go out and buy a better product put out by someone else if possible. But, I will place my dollars with the best product, regardless who it is.

I've been thinking about breaking down and getting NCAA 2003. I really like the idea of coaching/playing a team over multiple seasons, recruiting, and making bowl games. However, I agree that not having online play is a big drawback. Will NCAA 2K3 have online play?

i have experienced slow down quite a few times at the goaline. Its usually inside the ten yard line on offense and defense. But it doesnt happen all the time. Not sure what the deal is, but does it affect overall gameplay. No. NCAA 2003 is an awesome game and recommend it to anyone, even if you are anti-EA or anti-madden. Only bad thing is you can't draft your senior class into NFL 2K3...LOL!!!!!! Oh well!!!!! Can't have the best of everything I guess.

Anyone know where I can find a comparison of features between these two games. I know 2K3 isn't out yet, but I'd like to find some more info on what it is supposed to be like. If I don't like the way it sounds, I'm gonna go ahead and get 2003.

EDIT: If anyone else was looking to compare, Gamespot had reviews of each as did IGN (tho 2k3 is locked there). Looks like 2003 is the way I'm going.
