What the freak is all of this in MW?

I have morrowind and have been playing for quite a while. i am at level 23 and i dont know what these things are. i see potions and other things that say stuff like "levitate 50 pts for 60 seconds" and allt this stuff but when i use them it does nothing really. also what is slowfalling, i have the amulet of slowfaliing but dont know what it does. also what is "bound" i dont know what it means but obviously you can do it to apparel and weapons and crap. please answer these questoins and thanks in advance.

ok when u usel levatate, look up and walk ull "fly", slow fall is that when ur fly or levatate wears off u dont fall fast, u fall slow hence the name, and bound gives u what it says like bount dagger gives u a dagger the enhances one or two of ur skills while the daggers is summoned the weapon or armor is always light weight
