I dont know if it is a glitch or something but whenever i try to enchant an item it wont let me make it a constant effect, is there anything i can do to change this?

When you make the constant enchantment with the Golden Saint or Ascended Sleeper, you can cheat so you don't lose that soul. I'm sure it's been posted here before, but I'll tell you anyway. After you choose your enchantment and are about to buy it, switch the Golden Saint or Ascended Sleeper soul with any other soul that you have. You'll still get the constant effect and you'll still have the original soul.
