    Default Where Is He?

    I absolutely CAN NOT find the Gentleman Jim guy. He is the last person I need to go to, to become the "master thief". Everyone says he hangs around a bookstore in the Foreign Quarter of Vivec. I found one very large bookstore but, the only people there were an Ordinator and a bookseller. Is there more than one bookstore there. If so, where is it? If no, why isn't he there?
    And, my character has absolutely no fame and I'm on my 48th day at level 6. Will it ever go up?
