What is the "Feron"

Feron - another Microsoft system. Microsfot says this system will sweep out all other game system with 1,000 times the power of any game system. The Feron is Microsoft's secert project, but we just happen to catch the word of it. No pictures are avaliable at this time.

Can anyone verify this? i got it off of this website, wich also tells about the PoS3 and gives "pictures" of it. http://cycade.ath.cx:100/fgs.shtml

I can't really tell... but if it looks the way I think it looks... PS3 is going to look pretty cool.

I have not heard of it either. I don't think Microsoft would be thinking that far ahead either. They got Xbox Live to make happen first. I have confidence in it but the reality is it really is yet to be seen how successful it will be. As well we have all heard of the so called next Xbox which will be more like a total home entertainment type system with digital recording and what not. I don't really think Microsoft would be planning any farther ahead than that. Honestly though what do I do know. If I had there cash maybe I'd be planning 10 systems ahead hehe.

Freon, dude. FREON. It's the codename for the next incarnation of the Xbox, which will purportedly have some sort of PVR integrated within.

i dont think this freon thing is for real; i dont think they would say something about XBOX2 right after a big project like XBL. maybe about the PS3, but i dont think microsft would say something that quickly...

And you can bet your @$$ that MS is definitely thinking that far ahead. I'm pretty sure that when they looked at the life-cycle of their move to console gaming, they considered future generations of the console. I wouldn't be surprised if they were already pre-planning for Xbox 3.
