Zarathi sign
i was in ald ruhn and wanted to travel to balmora but the travel guy told me that i have a zarathi(sp) sign and that he wouldnt take me ne where till me deed was done, the lady in the mages guild said the same thing, what the hell is this zarathi(sp) thing i have no ****in clue plz help

Did you make a deal with an Argonian west of Ald'Ruhn to deliver five exquisite shirts to somebody? Because the oath you swore prevents you from dealing business with anybody until you deliver those shirts.
