Little help please...

Hey guys...

my family and i were watching Lord of the Rings last night on my Xbox. It was all good for a while till my g-friend called. My mom wanted me to be able to watch it with them so she paused it while i was on the phone.

So when i got back and we started watching it again, it froze about every 20 seconds. It would only last for about 5 seconds, then play again, but after about another 20 seconds, it would freeze again!!!

I shut off the Xbox for a while (15-20mins) then i even tried running another disc (game disc) then I tried the movie again.

It still froze every 20 seconds!!!

(the disc is brand new with absolutley no scratches or smudges)

We eventually finished watching it in my parents DVD player.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Does anyone have any ideas on whats wrong?
On how to fix it?

Hmm I've heard alot of people on here complaining about problems watching LotR on thier Xbox. Maybe you should give tech support a call and see if they have any ideas.
