on the back it sayz mature sexual themes, I was gonna buy this for my neph but how much sexual stuff is in DTR

It's more suggestive than anything else, and so far the only thing i've noticed trough 4 levels is the stripper's dance. Pretty borderline in my opinion, but i don't play games like this when my kids are around.

There is no out and out nudity, but the dance is a little suggestive.

I would consider your nephews age and how his parents may react.
